DrainMyPipe provides general drain triage and optional lead forwarding. This policy describes the v1 site.
Information you provide
The drain checker asks for fixture, symptoms, severity, city or zip code, and a description of the issue. If you request follow-up, you may provide name, email, phone, and consent to be contacted.
How information is used
Triage answers are used in your browser to generate a drain report. If lead forwarding is configured, contact details and the triage report are sent to the configured webhook for follow-up.
Storage
DrainMyPipe v1 does not store leads in a database. Cloudflare and any configured webhook provider may process request logs according to their own policies.
Product measurement
DrainMyPipe records limited product events such as starting or completing a drain check, copying a report, or submitting a routing request. Product events include page, fixture category, and urgency where relevant. They do not include name, email, phone, free-text problem descriptions, or city and ZIP values.
Nationwide routing
A city or ZIP is used to identify the requested U.S. metro for routing. Contact information is requested only when routing is configured. Partner availability and response times vary by market.
Dark Mode
Dark Mode stores only a local browser flag confirming the 18+ gate. It does not collect birthdates, IDs, photos, or lead details.
